My service:

I take over all steps of the selection process or advise you along the way – from designing the job profile to formulating the job advertisement, reviewing the application documents and conducting interviews. It goes without saying that I use modern personnel-diagnostic procedures and, in addition to professional aptitude, I also consider personal, social-communicative and methodological skills. I am also happy to support you in your search for suitable applicants abroad – the “Skilled Worker Immigration Law” (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz) will offer completely new opportunities.

Absence Rate Reduction

My service:

Too many absences (due to illness) and an undesirable high turnover of staff sometimes have causes that are deeper than the health of the employees alone and cannot be remedied (only) with measures of the company health management. I determine the causes for excessive absenteeism, for example with the help of a working atmosphere analysis, and develop needs-based approaches for your company.

My service:

I want to help your new international specialists arrive quickly and feel at home immediately at best. I accompany them during the induction phase through personal consultations, which take place every two weeks or every month. In doing so, I involve the team and superiors and also pay attention to private challenges when they just moved from abroad.

Information on scope and costs

Since my consultations are always based on the individual needs of my business clients, I ask for your understanding that I can only provide limited information on the time scope and costs at this point. The daily rates are significantly lower than those of large consulting companies, as I primarily sell quality instead of a world-famous brand.

I will be happy to answer your organisational questions by telephone or in writing – of course free of charge and without any obligation on your part. As a non-binding initial offer, I provide you an initial consultation of 60 minutes, in which I get to know your company and its support needs, record initial solutions and present my methods. The costs for this are 249.00 euros (net).
