I am firmly convinced that good work is done by good employees who are treated well by their managers. In times of increasing demand for skilled workers, innovative approaches are more necessary than ever in order to compete for the best skilled workers and executives. First and foremost, those who will make even better use of their human resources will remain successful. And the challenges are enormous as the upheavals caused by globalization and digitization – “New Work” – are revolutionary.
The motivation of my approach lies in the combination of the needs of both sides. As a consultant and interim manager, I lead employees and companies to each other in a way that is professionally and culturally compatible. This is the only way to create long-term partnerships from which both sides benefit sustainably.
Information on scope and costs
Since my consultations are always based on the individual needs of my business clients, I ask for your understanding that I can only provide limited information on the time scope and costs at this point. The daily rates are significantly lower than those of large consulting companies, as I primarily sell quality instead of a world-famous brand.
I will be happy to answer your organisational questions by telephone or in writing – of course free of charge and without any obligation on your part. As a non-binding initial offer, I provide you an initial consultation of 60 minutes, in which I get to know your company and its support needs, record initial solutions and present my methods. The costs for this are 249.00 euros (net).
